Evelyn Miller Joins Smart Settlements as Managing Attorney
Washington, DC, October 1, 2018 – Smart Settlements, LLC announced today that DC real estate law and settlements expert Evelyn Miller is joining the company as partner and managing attorney. The move marks a monumental shift in Smart Settlements’ business strategy as it expands its presence in the DC market.
Prior to joining Smart Settlements, Evelyn Miller managed one of the largest title companies in the region. She has over 15 years of experience as a real estate attorney and is a member of the District of Columbia and Virginia Bar Associations. As partner and managing attorney, Miller will oversee Smart Settlements’ corporate compliance, legal review, title examination, and residential and commercial settlements. Miller graduated cum laude from University of Florida and received her juris doctorate from Emory Law School in Atlanta, Georgia.
